Rooms for singles starting at $225 - $300.00 weekly.



let's say as an example with a $250 renting room weekly,



you will need:



one week rent (for the owner) = $250

+

one week deposit (for the owner) = $250 (once leaving, you will get the deposit back, if the room is okay)

+

registration fee - (for the agency) = $250



So, in total $750 to start the process,
